Welcome to Easy Taxi Pattaya! By booking a service with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.
1. Booking & Confirmation
- Bookings can be made online via our website, WhatsApp, LINE, or phone.
- A booking is only considered confirmed once you receive a confirmation message from our team.
- We recommend booking at least 12 hours in advance. For last-minute bookings, please call or WhatsApp us directly.
2. Pricing & Payment
- All prices listed are fixed and include fuel, tolls, and driver fees. There are no hidden charges.
- Payment is typically made in cash (THB) directly to the driver at the end of the journey, unless prepaid arrangements have been explicitly made and confirmed.
- Additional stops not mentioned in the original booking may incur extra charges.
3. Cancellations & Modifications
- You may cancel or modify your booking free of charge up to 4 hours before the scheduled pickup time.
- Please inform us as soon as possible via WhatsApp or Line if your travel plans change.
4. Waiting Time & Flight Delays
- For airport pickups, we monitor flight statuses. If your flight is delayed, your driver will wait for you at no extra cost.
- For hotel or address pickups, the driver will wait for 30 minutes. If you are delayed further without contacting us, the booking may be cancelled.
5. Luggage & Vehicle Capacity
- Please accurately report the number of passengers and luggage when booking to ensure we dispatch an appropriately sized vehicle.
- Our standard sedans fit up to 3 passengers with 2 standard suitcases. Innovas fit up to 4 passengers with 3 suitcases, and vans fit up to 9 passengers.
6. Liability
- Easy Taxi Pattaya is not responsible for missed flights or appointments due to unforeseen circumstances such as extreme weather, major road accidents, or severe traffic jams. We always strive to provide timely service.
- Passengers are responsible for their personal belongings. Please check the vehicle before leaving.
